1. CITIZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA, FOREIGN CITIZENS WHO HAVE APPROVED TEMPORARY RESIDENCE OR PERMANENT RESIDENCE IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA AND ACCREDITED MEMBERS OF DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS AND MISSIONS TO THE INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS, MAY ENTER REPUBLIC OF SERBIA:

a) With mandatory determination of health surveillance for a period of 14 days (isolation at home), or other health surveillance measures in accordance with applicable regulations. Health surveillance lasting 14 days may be terminated if, at their own request and at their own expense, interested persons receive a negative "PCR" test, issued by a reference laboratory in the Republic of Serbia;

b) Without determining health surveillance measures if they have a negative "PCR" test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus (COVID-19), not older than 72 hours from the moment of issuance by the reference laboratory of the country they come from, or if they are abroad stayed no longer than 72 hours;

c) Children under the age of 12 do not have to be tested if they are traveling with parents, guardians or family members who have tested negative.

IS SOME SYMPTOMS OF THE INFECTIOUS DISEASE COVID 19 ARE OBSERVED IN ANY OF THESE PERSONS, THEY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REFERRED TO THE APPROPRIATE HEALTH INSTITUTION.

 

2. FOREIGN CITIZENS WHO DO NOT HAVE AN AUTHORIZED STAY IN THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA, MAY ENTER THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIA IF:

a) Possess a negative "PCR" test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus (COVID-19), not older than 72 hours from the moment of issuance by the reference laboratory of the country they come from, as well as a permit issued by the working body of the Government of Serbia (Commission), through embassies and consulates of countries whose citizens they are, and whose headquarters are in the Republic of Serbia. - Foreign citizens who travel together with family members who are citizens of the Republic of Serbia, may apply to the Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia in Toronto to obtain the above-mentioned permit.

- Permits can also be obtained by foreign citizens without a negative test, in case of transit through the Republic of Serbia or family reunification (spouse, children, parents), provided that the foreign citizen resides in a joint household with family members.

- Children, foreign nationals up to 12 years of age do not have to be tested for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 virus (COVID-19), if a parent, guardian or family member, who accompany children, has the above mentioned negative test.

b) Foreign businessmen may apply to the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia for the above-mentioned permit.
